Payment methods

We accept payments in different currencies. The payment methods available may vary by currency.

You can pay safely and easily via

PayPal, Creditcard (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), by bank transfer, Bancontact, iDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Giropay, KBC/CBC, EPS, Belfius, Przelewy24 and Klarna.

Credit Card

We accept credit card and debit card payments, with a maximum limit of €4,500 (approximately £3,950 or $4,920) and no additional fees. You can pay securely and easily with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, V-pay, Dankort, Postepay, Cartes Bancaires, and Nordea. We also accept payments in virtually all currencies when using a credit card.

Credit card transaction failed – Common causes

You try to place an order using credit card payment but the transaction (repeatedly) fails. Because credit cards are generally very sensitive to fraud, financial institutions and our PSP Mollie impose strict conditions on them. The most common causes of a failed transaction are:

• You are using a VPN connection or Proxy server; Disable the VPN connection or proxy and try to place the transaction again.
• Your credit card company blocks overseas transactions by default; Please contact your credit card company so they can approve the transaction or temporarily unblock it.
• The credit card number, holder or CVE (3d secure) are invalid; Use the correct details and try to place the transaction again.

PayPal

We accept PayPal payments in a wide range of currencies, including EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, HUF, SEK, CHF, and many more, allowing you to pay in your local currency for added convenience and flexibility.

Banktransfer

We accept payments by bank transfer in various currencies, including EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, HUF, SEK, CHF, and more. Once we receive your payment, the order will be processed. Please note that bank transfer payments may take 1 to 4 working days for processing.

Bancontact, iDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Giropay, KBC/CBC, EPS, Belfius, Przelewy24

We accept several European payment methods for your convenience, including Bancontact, iDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Giropay, KBC/CBC, EPS, Belfius, and Przelewy24. Please note that these methods are exclusive to Euro (EUR) transactions and primarily used within Europe for secure and hassle-free payments.

Klarna afterpay

Klarna is only available in Austria, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Italy

Digital Currency – Crypto

We can accept payments in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and some other cryptocurrencies on request.

The Invoice

All countries outside the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom.

Receiving the invoice

You will receive the invoice as a PDF file attached to an e-mail as soon as the order is completed and dispatched. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address of the order. Upon request, we can send a paper version with your order.

0% VAT invoice

If you place a business order for a company in the European Union and you have a valid VAT number, you can pay VAT free (Intra-EU supply). Enter your company name and fill in a valid VAT number of your company on the checkout page and the VAT will be automatically removed from the total order amount.
