The delivery time

Orders are ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days. The delivery time of your order depends on the destination of the package.

When in stock, assembly, installation and configuration takes 1 to 2 business days. The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen product and the destination of the package. An indication of the delivery time can be found in the shopping basket (under the product title “Current delivery time”), on the checkout page (Delivery time in the order overview “Current delivery time”) or on the product page (in green, under the price). This is an estimated delivery time from the moment we receive payment.

Transit time with UPS Express Saver is 1 to 5 business days worldwide. Transit time with UPS Express Plus is 1 to 2 business days.

Do you want to make sure the order arrives on time? Then please contact our customer service. We offer the option of using the faster shipping method UPS Express Plus to some countries for an additional charge. The transit time for UPS Express Plus is 1 to 2 business days.

Within the EU or UK

All laptops and mini computers are shipped free of charge with UPS to all countries in the European Union and the United Kingdom:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, South Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are charged for loose accessories and spare parts. You will see these shipping costs on the checkout page after you have entered your address.

Outside of the EU or UK

For countries outside the European Union and the UK we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs and available shipping methods are determined based on the delivery address and product size and weight. Please add your configuration to the cart and select your country and enter your address on the checkout page to show the available shipping methods and calculate exact shipping costs.

Receiving a Track & Trace code

Once we have registered your order with UPS, you will receive a Track & Trace code and URL by e-mail to track your order. You can use the tracking code from UPS on this page to see the delivery status.
