The delivery time
Orders are ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days. The delivery time of your order depends on the destination of the package.
When in stock, assembly, installation and configuration takes 1 to 2 business days.
The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen product and the destination of the package. An indication of the delivery time can be found in the shopping basket (under the product title “Current delivery time”), on the checkout page (Delivery time in the order overview “Current delivery time”) or on the product page (in green, under the price). This is an estimated delivery time from the moment we receive payment.

Within the EU or UK
All laptops and mini computers are shipped free of charge with DHL Express to all countries in the European Union and the United Kingdom:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, South Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs will be charged for seperate accessories and spare parts. You will see these shipping costs on the checkout page after you have entered your address.
Outside the EU or UK
For countries outside the European Union and the UK we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs and available shipping methods are determined based on the delivery address and product size and weight. Please add your configuration to the cart and select your country and enter your address on the checkout page to show the available shipping methods and calculate exact shipping costs.
