Het is jammer dat u niet direct contact met ons zoekt want wij willen u graag helpen met problemen die u met uw aankoop ervaart. Te lezen is dat u zeer waarschijnlijk zelf een andere Ubuntu versie op deze laptop heeft gezet? Mogelijk een tussen release en geen LTS versie? Ik ontvang graag van u bericht met verdere informatie over wat u heeft geprobeerd en gedaan op het systeem. Wij zijn namelijk zeer bereidt u te helpen. Normaliter zijn er geen problemen aanwezig met de Linux distro's waar wij ondersteuning voor bieden. Wij bieden fixes, configs en drivers waar nodig.
