The default password is: P@ssw0rd

This password is also listed on the packing slip you receive with your order.

Laptop does not turn on

Occasionally it happens that a laptop does not want to start up again. Usually this is due to frequent pressing of the power button and/or frequent use or charging of the laptop on the road or at different locations.

This problem can often be solved easily and quickly by resetting the battery of the laptop. For laptops that do not have a removable battery, this is not possible and you can immediately submit a warranty request.

The battery of a laptop can be reset in the following way:

  1. Disconnect the laptop from electricity (charger);
  2. Remove the battery pack from the laptop by disconnecting it;
  3. while the battery pack is out of the notebook and disconnected from electricity, press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds;
  4. Replace the battery pack in the notebook and start up the notebook (if the battery pack is empty, connect the adapter to the notebook).

Not a success? Then repeat steps 1 to 4 again. After two unsuccessful results you can contact our customer service or directly submit a warranty request.
