Response from the company
Hi Jon, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience. I understand that the situation is actually different from what you describe. You indicated by email that you are having a problem with the laptop you purchased in February 2025. We sent you instructions on how to troubleshoot the issue yourself before sending the device in for warranty repair. We also indicated that if you did not or could not want to look into it yourself, you could register the device for warranty repair and send it to us so that we could look into the problem ourselves. However, it seems that you indicate that you do not see this as a solution and, after 10 months, you are demanding your money back. Of course, we cannot agree to this. However, we would still very much like to look into the problem with the laptop under warranty. We will need the physical laptop in order to be able to offer a possible solution. We therefore hope that you will allow us to look at this problem under warranty so that we can resolve it for you. Kind regards, Laptopwithlinux.com - Comexr BV
