At LaptopwithLinux, Right to Repair is key because we believe technology is yours and you should have the freedom to maintain it yourself. We aim to make replacement parts available up to five years after the release of your laptop. As a customer, you even have the option to purchase your own RAM and SSD and easily assemble them into the laptop, allowing you to fully customize the laptop to your needs and budget. So if you think you have enough knowledge and experience to do a repair or upgrade yourself, feel free to do it.
Choose a barebone (basic) laptop from our range of Linux laptops to start putting it together. In the overview of Linux laptops you will find an indication of the performance under each model. The performance is categorized by portability, storage capabilities, graphical performance and speed.
You can create your perfect Linux laptop by choosing hardware components such as processor, memory size, SSD/HDD and additional storage media. Then choose from GNU/Linux operating systems, applications, keyboard layout, custom logo or text engraving, accessories and additional warranty.
After you have configured your Linux laptop to your liking and placed the order, we will assemble, install and fully tune the laptop to get the most ideal and maximum performance from the laptop. If you choose a laptop without hardware you can install Linux and assemble the laptop yourself with your own components. The warranty will not expire if you unscrew the laptop. We ship our Linux computers to Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Oceania and Asia.

We are always looking to improve our service and have many customers in the USA who receive our products within 2 to 3 business days after ordering without any problems. There are also no import tariffs applicable to laptops shipped to the USA (only Sales Tax, depending on the destination State). Could you please explain your negative experience in more detail?
